TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash/Check are accepted.
PRICING: All pricing is subject to change without notice.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: All returns or exchanges must be approved by Thermo-Cool and must be saleable condition. Thermo-Cool will accept resalable merchandise ONLY within a 30-day period of purchase date. Thermo-Cool will determine if merchandise returned is resalable (unused and/or undamaged). A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned merchadise. A Return Authorization number must be approved by Thermo-Cool Products prior to returning product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS: MUST be labeled with Return Authorization number assigned by Thermo-Cool to assure proper credit is given.
SHIPPING: Orders will be filled Monday-Friday. Orders received by 1pm CST will have same day shipping. All orders received after 1pm CST will be shipped next business day. (Some exceptions may apply)
EXCHANGES: Any defective product will be replaced with "like" product, if returned within 90 days of date of purchase.
