MUST be labeled with the Return Authorization number assigned by

Thermo-Cool®. 

EXCHANGES:

Any defective product will be replaced with "like" product, if returned within

90 days of date of purchase.

Thermo-Cool® will accept resalable merchandise only within

a 30-day period of purchase date. Thermo-Cool® will determine

if merchandise returned is resalable. A restocking fee of 20% will apply

to all returned merchandise. A Return Authorization number must be

approved by Thermo-Cool® prior to returning product.

Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
