PRICING: All pricing is subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING: Orders will be filled Monday - Friday. Orders received by 1pm CST will have same day shipping. All orders received after 1pm CST, will be shipped next business day. (Some exceptions may apply)
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Thermo-CoolŪ will accept resalable merchandise only within
a 30-day period of purchase date. Thermo-CoolŪ will determine
if merchandise returned is resalable. A restocking fee of 20% will apply
to all returned merchandise. A Return Authorization number must be
approved by Thermo-CoolŪ prior to returning product.
Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

*Note: If a thermo-cool product was purchased through another store rather than directly from manufacturer-any returns or exchanges must be given by that store.
RETURNS:
MUST be labeled with the Return Authorization number assigned by
Thermo-CoolŪ.
EXCHANGES:
Any defective product will be replaced with "like" product, if returned within
90 days of date of purchase.
